Ingredients

• 150ml white wine
• 100ml soda water
• ice

To garnish

• lemon slice or mint sprig (optional)

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour over the white wine and soda water.
2. Garnish with a lemon slice or sprig of mint, if you like.
