Ingredients

• 40ml gin
• 30ml cranberry juice
• 30ml apple cider (non-alcoholic)
• Splash of soda water
• Garnish: Apple fan + rosemary sprig

Method

1. Shake gin, cranberry, and cider. Pour into tall glass with ice. Top with soda, garnish.
