Ingredients

• 50ml Whisky
• 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• (Optional: dash of egg white for smooth texture)
• Ice
• Lemon wheel or cherry for garnish

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish and serve.
