Aperol Negroni

Ingredients

• 60 ml Gin
• 60 ml Aperol
• 60 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Orange Slice

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass topped with ice. Stir until chilled.
2. Strain mixture into a lowball glass with a large ice cube.
3. Garnish with a fresh slice of blood orange.
