Autumn Orchard Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml bourbon
  • 30ml fresh apple juice
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
  • Egg white (optional)
  • Garnish: Apple slice + cinnamon dust

Method

  • Shake all ingredients with ice (if using egg white, dry shake first). Strain into glass, garnish with apple and cinnamon.
