Caipirinha

Ingredients:

  • 2 Limes, one halved and the other sliced into 8 slices
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 6oz Cachaca
  • Shaved or crushed ice

Method:

  1. Muddle Limes together with sugar in a rocks glass until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add in your cachaca and stir.
  3. Top with ice and serve immediately.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
