Cranberry Sangria

Ingredients

  • 325ml rosé wine
  • 250ml cranberry juice
  • 50ml brandy
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp golden caster sugar
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 250ml lemonade
  • 50g frozen cranberries
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • ice

Method

  1. Tip the rosé, cranberry juice and brandy into a jug with the cinnamon stick, sugar and half the lemon slices. Put in the fridge to chill for 1 hr.
  2. Top up with the lemonade, then add the cranberries, rosemary, the rest of the lemon and a handful of ice. Serve in ice-filled tumblers.
