Ingredients
- 45 ml vodka
- 22.5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml prosecco
- 5 fresh raspberries
- 15 ml raspberry liqueur
Method
- In a shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries with the lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Add vodka and Chambord, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled and the ingredients are well mixed, then strain the mixture into a flute or coupe glass.
- Top with chilled Prosecco, filling the glass to the desired level, and garnish with fresh raspberries(optional).
