Frozen Piña Colada

Ingredients:

  • 250ml pineapple juice
  • 100ml white rum
  • 100ml coconut cream
  • pineapple chunks, to garnish

Method:

  1. Pour the pineapple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. Pour the white rum into a blender. Add the coconut cream and the pineapple ice cubes and blend together. Pour into tall glasses to serve and garnish with pineapple chunks.
