Ingredients
- 45ml Irish whiskey
- 90ml hot black coffee
- 15ml brown sugar syrup
- Gently whipped cream (floated on top)
Method
- Preheat the Glass: Warm your serving glass by rinsing it with hot water, then discard the water.
- Mix the Base: Add the brown sugar syrup to the glass, followed by the Irish whiskey.
- Add Coffee: Pour in the hot black coffee and stir gently to combine.
- Top with Cream: Carefully float the gently whipped cream on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
- Serve: Serve immediately without stirring, allowing the drinker to sip the hot coffee through the cool cream.
