Jamaican Rum Punch

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Bacardi Superior
  • 30ml Bacardi spiced rum
  • 30ml Orange juice
  • 30ml Pineapple juice
  • 30ml cranberry juice
  • Grenadine splash
  • 2 cups ice
  • Fresh orange slices for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Method:

  1. Add the orange juice and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Pour the of Bacardi rum into the shaker.
  3. Add the dark spiced rum.
  4. Pour in the cranberry juice
  5. Just a splash of grenadine will add a little sweetness and color.
  6. Add ice and shake to combine everything and chill the drink.
  7. Add fresh ice to the cocktail glass. Strain the drink into the glass.
  8. Garnish with a fresh slice of orange and a maraschino cherry.
