Minty Italian Kisses Recipe

Main Ingredients

  • 300g of Lindt Dark Excellence Chocolate, or milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 cups ofPnP Vanilla Flavoured Ice Cream
  • 2 largeNestle Peppermint Crisp chocolate, crushed

Method

  1. Using a pastry brush, brush the inside of each ice tray mould with melted chocolate.
  2. Allow to set and repeat.
  3. Mix ice cream and Peppermint Crisp together.
  4. Place a dollop of ice cream into each hollow and freeze.
  5. Top frozen ice cream with a little more melted chocolate to seal in filling.
  6. Freeze again until solid.
  7. Gently tap mould against a hard surface to unmould and serve immediately.
