Ingredients
- 25ml Gin
- 50ml Coconut rum
- Ice
- Fresh pineapple wedge
- Coriander or mint sprig
Method
- Pour the gin, coconut rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker.
- Add a handful of ice and shake until the shaker feels ice-cold.
- Strain into two glasses and serve. If you like, you can garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple, or a coriander or mint sprig.
