Piña Colada Martini

Ingredients

  • 25ml Gin
  • 50ml Coconut rum
  • Ice
  • Fresh pineapple wedge
  • Coriander or mint sprig

Method

  1. Pour the gin, coconut rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add a handful of ice and shake until the shaker feels ice-cold.
  3. Strain into two glasses and serve. If you like, you can garnish with a wedge of fresh pineapple, or a coriander or mint sprig.
