Pink Flamingo

Ingredients

  • 90 ml vodka
  • 90 ml pineapple juice
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 30 ml grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes, for shaking
  • Mint leaves, strawberries, or lime slices, for garnish

Method

  1. Add ice to your cocktail shaker. Add the spirit, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and grenadine to the cocktail shaker, cover tightly with its lid, and shake until the shaker is very cold, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish the edge of the glass.
  3. Serve cold.
