Vanilla, coconut and banana smoothie

Serves 4 | Less than 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 overripe bananas
  • ¼ cup (60ml) coconut milk
  • ½ cup (125ml) water, chilled
  • ½ cup (125ml) PnP double-cream plain yoghurt
  • Seeds of 1 vanilla pod
  • ¼ cup (60ml) oats
  • Toasted coconut shavings, for serving

METHOD

  1. Blitz bananas, coconut milk, water, yoghurt, vanilla and oats in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses, sprinkle with toasted coconut and serve.
