INGREDIENTS
- 2 overripe bananas
- ¼ cup (60ml) coconut milk
- ½ cup (125ml) water, chilled
- ½ cup (125ml) PnP double-cream plain yoghurt
- Seeds of 1 vanilla pod
- ¼ cup (60ml) oats
- Toasted coconut shavings, for serving
METHOD
- Blitz bananas, coconut milk, water, yoghurt, vanilla and oats in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into 4 glasses, sprinkle with toasted coconut and serve.
