Ingredients:
- 3 punnets (400g each) PnP watermelon
- 4 discs feta, cubed
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) olive oil blend
- Juice (60ml) of 2 limes (or juice of 1 lemon)
- Salt and milled pepper
- Fresh mint, for serving
Method:
- Arrange watermelon and feta in a salad bowl or on a platter.
- Whisk together the olive oil and lime juice to make a dressing. Season.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad and garnish with fresh mint.
