Watermelon, Feta and Mint Salad


  • 3 punnets (400g each) PnP watermelon
  • 4 discs feta, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp (45ml) olive oil blend
  • Juice (60ml) of 2 limes (or juice of 1 lemon)
  • Salt and milled pepper
  • Fresh mint, for serving


  1. Arrange watermelon and feta in a salad bowl or on a platter.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil and lime juice to make a dressing. Season.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad and garnish with fresh mint.
