Ingredients
- 120 g seedless watermelon, chopped
- 4 large mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) agave nectar
- 7 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 45 ml light rum
- Garnish: lemon twist
Method
- In a shaker, muddle the watermelon and mint with the agave nectar and lime juice.
- Add the rum and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
