Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

50ml Whisky
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
(Optional: dash of egg white for smooth texture)
Ice
Lemon wheel or cherry for garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish and serve.
