White Wine Spritzer

Ingredients

150ml white wine
100ml soda water
ice

To garnish

lemon slice or mint sprig (optional)

Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour over the white wine and soda water.
Garnish with a lemon slice or sprig of mint, if you like.
