Caipirinha

Ingredients: 2 Limes, one halved and the other sliced into 8 slices 4 tsp sugar 6oz Cachaca Shaved or crushed ice Method: Muddle Limes together with sugar in a rocks glass until sugar is dissolved. Add in your cachaca and stir. Top with ice and serve immediately. Garnish with a lime wheel.
